We offer nationwide delivery. Local delivery within Johannesburg is free, while orders outside Johannesburg are shipped via courier services, with fees based on package weight. Local delivery takes 1–3 working days. For orders outside Johannesburg, delivery can take 2–5 working days, depending on the courier and your location.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges on non-sale items within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and accompanied by a valid receipt.

Are sale items refundable?

No, unfortunately, all sale or clearance items are final and non-refundable.
